New Music Forum 2026: Thru Pop
Program
New Music Forum Ensemble
Michel Pozmanter (conductor)
The concert »Thru Pop« explores the influence of popular music on contemporary musical practice in a society shaped by its dominance. The works on the programme engage with popular music as a cultural force, reworking its idioms and conventions into the raw material for new and original compositions.
