Brahms spent as many as twenty years (with some breaks) creating his First Symphony, but wrote his Second Symphony in just four months. Mozart composed the “Linz” in just four days. The selection of works performed by the excellent soloist and exceptional conductor Gábor Takács-Nagy, who has recorded all of Mozart’s piano concertos with the Manchester Camerata, reveals the greatness of the composer’s genius, which the world may never be able to fully comprehend.
